4lbs, 18lbs, what's the difference.

I have a hard time seeing the PFP chamber water jacket hold an entire gallon.

And to think I thought the secret of running a PFP as a wet pipe was already out long ago. LOL Guess I need to check in here a lil more often.....

I thought carbon pipes didn't do well on a 2 stroke? Absorbed too much of the wavefront inside the pipe?

Carbon is more flexible than metal so some attenuation can occur. There is no reason to use carbon unless it saves enough weight. People are spending $100/pound for saved weight in their carbon hulls so this pipe should be 8 LBs lighter than a simple metal chamber that should cost no more than $400 with that $300 manifold.

We have great results with carbon bpipechamber since 3 years without any isue. First generation were top and bottom glued and much problems. 2.generation is layed up as one piece . Works fine. Run it dry in not Pv engines and with some water in with pv.

Carbonpipes dosnt work is a farytail.......but it is worth the money i dont know. For me it is easyer to build:)))

$1800 isn't bad for a pipe??? They will probably get all their R&D investment money back on the first pipe sold. We are brainwashed with the prices of parts in this sport. A lot can be bought for $1800

A fully built Kawi X2 can be bought for 1800....or you could buy a PFP. lol

Hence the reason I'm sick and tired of trying to keep up!!! I have a dump truck load of cash in my ski and by today's standards I don't have anything!!! Tricky is wearing out his new 1400cc in the new scream hull with approx. 595Hp more than I have and probably 300lb less weight than I have. LMAO So my point is this-why bother if you ain't willing to step into the 30-40,000 $ arena.

LOL exactly. $1,800 for a pipe is one thing, but calling that price "not bad" is delusional. No offense to txsuperjetfreak96 with that statement, I think it just illustrates how we are being conditioned into accepting these ever-climbing prices.

Yeah but someone that is in the position to spend 1650 on a pipe isn't going to want a sn, haha.

Im curious how does it compare to a PFP... We might be surprised.

I saw one of these pipes with one of the big players and so I suppose that it is really being tested
for a long time.
