I ordered Black and lime Green turf. I Wanne Paint it white with Green Parts. Handlepole, Hood and nosepiece getting Green i think, but Not sure. Their is alot to do

When i connect negativ wire from Battery to the Plate, the coils have enough negativ connection ?
I can ground everything to this plate then, right? How thick need this cable to be? Not as thick as the starter cable, right?
And the positive can i can take all from relais?
So, only wires going out of the box are -> Stator cable, 2 coils for ignition, 1 negativ cable, 4 Start/Stop cable

is this right so far?

I run an extra ground from the plate to the motor. I like to tie that ground into the coil grounds.

theres a bolt ran through my plate that all of the grounds are bolted to. I made my own ground wire that goes from that bolt to the motor.

I would make sure to have enough space between the hood/seal and the ratchet, so you do not bang the freshly painted hood against it. You do not have a pancake so you can easily put it lower.

wow cool thread man! i've read the whole thing and really enjoy the great ideas people have to help you... and the even better response to it by "this is how i'm doin' it!" and here's the pics! Excellent pole build you have! interested to see how it holds up. I think the ski overall turned out very nice!
