It just took UPS 8 days to ship a set of carbs to me from Nebraska to Havasu. I just received them from my friend yesterday. i tracked them all the way.

I just trying to help. He told he shipped, you guys will get your stuff. No need to get smart azz with me.

im pretty sure 5 or 6 days is the slowest service ups offers. for a buck or two more, you can get it in 2 or 3 days. i couldnt do anybody like this. if someone buys your product, you need to have the decentcy to shipp it out in a timely manner

my company ships 300+ packages a day with UPS to some of the most demanding customers on the planet. It has been my experience that on VERY RARE occasions a package might take an extra day.... Even more rare is that the thing is lost altogether.
A simple tracking # would prove what really happened.

I try to stay out of the drama but this guy is an asshole no matter how you slice it....

Not being a smart azz. Just stating my experience shipping and receiving with UPS over the last 15 years.

The 10-12 day thing just reminded me of a line from Oh Brother, Where Art Thou:

"Well, ain't this place a geographical oddity. Two weeks from everywhere!"

I would think Butch could go to an internet cafe, library, or even a best buy to get online and straighten this up. I guess he could just answer his phone too. JMO

I have already filled up his voicemail once. He has since cleared them out which means he checks his phone somewhat....

Drag the girlfriend and the laptop to Panera Bread. Have some good soup, a nice sandwich, and post some tracker numbers over the wireless..a true win/win.

So weird. I got my Blaster battery box in no time, but never heard a word about the wet jet exhaust I bought.

Sounds like he is a repeat offender. Why has he not been banned? Make it so he can only access this thread or one in buyer feedback to pay people back.

honestly, we do not want to get involved with that. Any transactions is between the buyer and seller.......

only person to be banned was Courtney, but that mainly from coming on with different screen names.

It does suck...... All the info is here about Nikad, I have met him, he is a nice guy, but personally with all the info out there, anybody that chooses to deal with him do it at their own risk.......

sorry to hear you guys have problems with butch.i'm sure he'll make good on the parts or the $$$ but i understand that you can't wait anymore.
it's a shame it's turning out like this.
he could pick up the phone however.nothing like good communication!

I wouldnt ask to have him banned from the site and understand its not even your responsibility but perhaps if theres a way put a 6 month block on him being able to create threads in the for sale section? Or something along the lines.

I live in Southern NM.

I got a starter shipped to me from Florida through UPS. Took 6 days.

I got a lacrosse helmet shipped from Kentucky. Took 4 days.

I used to get rc airplanes shipped from California, Florida, and Arizona all the time and it only took a few days. Normally I'd get it the same week I ordered it.

Shipping friggin sucks! It's only getting worse. Seems if you want your package in a reasonable time, you gotta pay for it.
