Custom/Hybrid No dasa , yes turbo !

Sorry abaut bad english.
Oil system...... Close loop , water cooles , 35 psi electric pump insaid oil tank.
i going start in 0.5 bar boost , and not dry piped ex....
Feul system sbn 48 pump less , electric pump in feul tank and pr press regulator....

You have external pump for lubing turbo???
Im not a ass but i think it dosnt work. Need to much time to build up pressure....

Andy

An external oil pump will work fine, oil will get hot though if supply reservoir is small cap. but since its just for freestyle and not running constant for an extended period of time, alot of rules can be bent here.

I give you props for trying but I don't believe it will work too well

You going to be popping crank seals etc

I doubt a 2cyld 700cc motor will spool a turbo designed for a 1600-2000cc 4cyld 4stroke

As that looks like a garrett t25

I may be wrong and I hope I am but I feel this will be a nightmare to tune / run

But it's worth a try

it is going to be tough to get it to work good, will have to be setup just right to build enough exhaust energy to get it to spool, right size a/r housing, pump impeller etc, turbo 2 strokes are tough to get right, esp. when running a carb. and not an efi setup. curious to see how it runs when you start testing/tuning it. keep updates coming.

draw through set ups are far easier to tune than blow through as well as lower maintenance. the turbo size will affect the boost point of maximum torque. if it is too large it will be a top nd monster/ too small it will over boost and blow seals off everything. a simle retaining ring on hte outer crank seal lip will lower the possibility of exiting that seal.... this is doable.
