I agree man, definitely worth the money. Saves time and beer! Had to cut about 3/16 out of each side of the battery tray to fit my battery. Other than that it's flawless. That looks really clean with all that aluminum and those bright blue rhass mounts
No, first time ever doing fiberglass was the flat deck.two seasons ago. Then went to carbon fiber, when did whole makeover. Lay it paint it sand it. Learn as you go pretty much. I'm a diesel me mechanic by trade. Had an idea in my head and went for it. Couple hundred hours later this is what I got.Do you do composites for a living? Cuz it looks like you did a pretty good job on the front of this thing
I'm glad to see my engine is going to a good home.210Psi In each hole!!! Rhass Conversion kit coming as well as a new Bpipe... On the fast track with this conversion

I have my skateboard track impellor being worked on right now, custom pitch and grind. trying to get some ride time in, not sure how the pump will handle the power but I gotta try. The plan after I move is to get a custom fiberglass pump shoe and glass it in, giving me the thrust I'll need behind that motor.Pretty savage project. What's the plan for the pump/impeller?
There is actually quite a bit of room behind the motor for the Ebox. Besides the expansion chamber everything fits pretty well. EXCEPT the water box, I was struggling for a out two hours trying to make it fit. I could hardly get it in place but then trying to get coupler stretched over the chamber to the box while everything was in place was a different story. The resonator has a port for water injection, I'm Gunna pipe straight from the head into it. Good thing used to riding with ear plugs. Is the ebox gonna fit on that mount. It looked pretty tight behind that engine and bpipe. Add some extra water injection to that resonator so it doesn't make ya deaf! Lol. I ran a resonator on my 300/650sx conversion and it was chitty loud with a resonator and no waterbox!
Looks like it'll be a fun ride though!
Thanks man, the whole reason I built it like this was to flip. I should have the power now.. hopefully get eh4 assembled tonight, maybe a test run tomorrow and then hitting the river Sunday.Looks pretty clean in flatdeck form. This thing should flip.
