Your just like BK, trying to make a custom hull look like a SJ!
Oh wait, I think I have a couple of the stock plastic ones I can send you.........Not!
Hmm.. the hull that you and I both want looks a lot like a SJ. Even has the front fuel door recess.

Don't mind me BK, I'm just making sense. Listen to the guys that sell their ski every year, they never have problems... for long.

Having read the whole post I am amazed at how you new to cut into the hull instead of just turfing. Where you're using super Kahuna X-ray vision or the Force?
Is this a common problem on the Super Freak?
I ask because this is at the top of my list for next ski based on what everyone seems to say about Super Freak. Thanks in advance for your reply I know you are very busy with the build .
Also I agree based on colors it was meant to be your ski good luck on the build!!!

I just knew from other peoples threads and talking to good friends like McDog, Sanoman and Paul that there are issues with any carbon hull with Alum. Tubes..... Better to be safe. When I got my SJ I cut the tray out to inspect for waterlogged foam. It was dry as a bone!

So you use the force ....the force of good smart friends and experience.

One more question what year model is your freak?
