Aluminum and Carbon are not so friendly unless the aluminum is anodized.

It's been in the salt for a while now. Looks like they're corroding from the outside in. Unfoamed closed compartments never get flushed clean after a ride. Just sits in there and eats away. Did Tem ever stop using aluminum or are all his hulls this way?

They also make really small glass beads you add to your adhesive for bonding aluminum and carbon to keep them from ever touching each other.
