It is simply my nature to care about others Boris. Also, I like the Junkies, and I am "half-junkie" by a long ago ceremony at Wavedaze! :beerchug: I was on their message board before this one, and I still am. I want their freeride to be very successful and continue to grow, as well as all others.

I prefer to socialize and take pics at the freerides Boris, since many are around at those times! I ride at other times, although not much this year due to other priorities.

It’s for everyone involved Boris, so you look to coordinate and balance things in the best interest of all, so it is fun and productive for everyone! :grouphug:

DJ, prob up through the third weekend in May without too much trouble!

And Boris, the reason I am not full Junkie, is because they were trying to get me to say something bad about The South Florida Surf Slutz!!! I refused!! HA! :swordfight:

i like the first week of may! the water was not to bad, and air was nice when me paul and matt came down last year around that time

its a camp and ride and mako mike started this...years ago....this past year was a blast!!

an x-2 actually sunk in the inlet......sorry tony....he got it back though...250 bucks later...it went out to sea...1/2 mile:eek5:

motoman,some of this has me LMAO,

Dj,as far as the city is concerned yea we could,but after may1st the law changes on launching from shore and having to maintain 100yrds from shore,the last weekend in april we can do what ever we want before the event.also the first weekend in may they have a huge event setup on the beach for monster trucks,prolly wont be able to get our spot that weekend,the second weekend in may is mothers day,so thats no good. these are the main reasons we are looking at this date,Saturday the 30th is the last day of april,so sunday we will be riding in May if that makes anybody feel better....lol

twinturbo,yea its a fun ride,just fun get together we do at a huge nice campground there,We have done it to early in the yr in the past,I was talking with mike about doing it in the summer this yr,since its on a shoal. OC is a raging fun place in the summer

Motoman, the Junkies know that when Torr and I get together, we are basically like brother and sister (or honestly two lil girls, LOL) fussing with each other half the time!

Now look at this TORResa! If you hook up with the right entity, they can coordinate it just about ANYtime you want. Follow the example of the surfers, and notice the surfers do it in late August when air and water temps are warm…drawing HUGE exposure in order to have a voice and grow things…100,000 people show up to watch!!! It’s a cash machine that benefits many, especially the surfers!
