yea the hard exhaust by the fuel tank sucks it makes a nightmere out of getting the fuel tank out . I had to do it on a trip i was on to fix an exhaust and of course we had to remove the tank a few times and we were saying some bad things .
yea the wave 3 is almost perfect go with chris or go with a long arm 45 degree 12" this will give you enough to deal with the fuel and then run a rigid .

How hard is it to get the gas tank in and out?>

I haven't had any trouble getting the tank out. Then again, I don't remove the tank that often. It has a 90 degree elbow at the water box and a coupler where it meets the through hull tube so there is some play to get it out of the way. I'm sure there are better ways to run it, but I'd rather spend the extra $ on fuel to ride more!

Still ok to use PVC or ABS after the waterbox on a SN with a PFP? Dont want to spend more money than i have to! Saving up for a enhancer from Jetmaniac ;)

You have a SN with a PFP pipe? this is must see!! I think you ment the FP but just incase you really ment the pfp that would be something new to see. Great thread, Ive wanted to try aluminum tube but ABS sounds cool and maybe ill heat it up and throw some slight bends in it

Not sure why its a must see lol, its actually rather depressing i have it in a SN. Looking at getting a better hull in the fall. Anyways, 760cc .25 over, ported, running 38cc domes @ 180psi on a ADA Girdled Head, ATP Single Intake, Reed spacer, V Force 2's, 49mm Full Spectrum Carburetor, Power Factor Pipe, MSD Enhancer
