Terry and John, well wishes to both you guys. I'm just now getting close to 50 but so far so good. I don't want to go through any of that crap!
Thanks for all the encouragement… been stalling about 10 years as well. Keep hearing about bad experiences but at 70 I can’t wait much longer. Even been thinking about getting a couch!
BTW I am BruceinSb over on PWC Today
Thanks again…
We’re you offered any kind of procedure that 3d scans the existing joint and uses the digital information to select the most appropriate implant and it’s best alignment location? I believe it’s called Kinematic…

Disc replacement seems to be going well in Germany. I hear that the US is testing it. I hope Canada get into it soon, so that it's free for me. I have five that need to be replaced.Disc replacement would be great. They are getting better. Now just hair replacement. lol

To me the worst thing about this surgery is the downtime sitting around doing basically nothing , I feel like there are so many things I should be doing right now but can't really , there are only so many movies you can watch or naps you can take and like John stated earlier retraining your brain not to limp is hard , it's a protection mechanism that is deeply rooted , I still use the walker sometimes just to try and get my gait back where it needs to be , I know I don't need to limp anymore, my brain is another story though.

Kinda funny I had a Powerball thread on PWCT and apparently sold quite a few for the company , so many that the sent me on of the high dollar autostart models with the LEDs for free.
You still using it?! Great time to go for a new rpm PR and keep the arm strength up.Kinda funny I had a Powerball thread on PWCT and apparently sold quite a few for the company , so many that the sent me on of the high dollar autostart models with the LEDs for free.
Yes I still use it regularly , it keeps the carpal tunnel at bay and it about the only thing I have found that helps that condition. You still using it?! Great time to go for a new rpm PR and keep the arm strength up.
