thx brother.

u don't have a front half of the steering wheel do you? I cracked mine by letting the ski use it as a kickstand when I painted the bottom deck.

I don't have a spare but you are the second person who has asked me that, someone at PWCT asked me also, I may have to look into popping a mold off the one I have and making a carbon fiber replacement piece, I am beginning to think I could do a damn good business supplying parts for these that are no longer available, the list is steadily growing.

Sweet SC, the paint looks excellent. Glad to see more people riding them.

Here are some pics of mine. No GPS but It's does somewhere near 52mph and gets there fast.

Here are the specs:

1992 Kawasaki SC
PJS Viper 9000 800cc 100HP
PJS 650 Exhaust Manifold
Coffmans Full Exhaust
Jetinetics LW Charging Flywheel
Skat Track 12 Vein SS Magnum Pump
10/18 Skat Track Swirl Impeller
PJS Rip Turn Reduction/Trun Nozzle
DG Intake Grate
Custom Ride Plate
Reverse Eliminated

Pablo, that's a great color you picked.

Zpilot, that's a kickazz drivetrain.

I picked up a Sport Cruiser/Super Chicken/Sunset Cruiser yesterday for a good deal. Great condition, runs ok. Seat will need recovered and needs some graphics. Might put in a stereo and cooler rack for hanging out at the beach, and I'd like to install a little bimini top. These things are so cool!! Any one know if a 62t will fit in one?

I'm sure you could fabricate bedplates to mount a 62t in it. I had swapped a kawi 750 in ours until somebody blew up the ski that engine was supposed to be in so I had to give it up. It's not as much fun without the power.

I wish I had your drivetrain Zpilot.

I need a :

steering wheel,
ride plate,
small piece of the plastic cowling that goes on top of the steering housing and bridges the larger piece that caps the whole column off (see pic #1 in post #37)

I got most of the parts I need to start the build up. Minnetonka4me hooked me up and was real reasonable to deal with for parts. Thanks man.

I need Kawasaki advice.

1. What is the water drain valve do...other than the obvious? Does it act like a flow control valve for the water box? Can I block it off/remove it?

2. Can I leave the oil pump installed and just block it off? I'm going straight premix.

If you're talking about the drain valve in the engine, then yes it is just the obvious. The less than obvious is that it a great source for an air leak and burn up your motor. Yes you can and should block it off. Not sure on the other question.

I got a feeling it will be a fun ride when it's done. I heard it's sorta like a flat track kinda ride. I don't have the extra funds to really hop it up, but the 750 has got to be an improvement over the stock 650. Id like to get a Coffman exhaust.

I can get the block off plates to you, honestly I usually leave the crankcase drain, yes you hear a lot of horror stories about crankcase drains with no evidence whatsoever to back them up, I personally have yet to see one fail. I have however seen many of them do exactly what they were designed to do and have a water flooded engine back up and running in a matter of minutes.

I was lucky and got a water valve block off plate with o rings from ocjumper when I bought it. I'll leave the oil pump till I have a minute to fab a plate. I was just outside and was checking engine/drivetrain alignment and found out that the midshaft/driveshaft holder bearing assembly is shot. The bearings are seized. WFO, u have one of those?
