i was searching for ideas for my old 550, i am so doing this. how is the power delivery??? i was thinking i would need a 650 or 750 swapped in but dang man ur flight pictures off those waves look like u have plenty of power.

Never rode Lakes so i never dealt with it.
it was plenty of power for me but I stayed legit with a 550 Reed Motor anything else is up to you but most likely more worth it to pick up a 650 square unless you glass in a larger pump.

Thank you she was great. I dont know for certain which PJS pipe it was.. it actually came off my old JSLA Race 440 i owned previously. I had a Skat 15.5 degree prop with bored nozzle.

When you say "Epoxy reinforced engine bay walls, and reinforced Nose." is that just the epoxy resin 'painted' on the inside of the hull, or have you used glass?

Lego - Epoxy alone would not add the strength needed to qualify as "reinforcement" on these areas - You need to use glass. Most people prefer the 1708 Bi-Axial type for Hull reinforcement. 1 - 2 layers is all you need!
