nice work!! I am hoping to do a couple races this summer but need to get into better shape still. I need to find more time to ride because I only get in about 30 miles a week. I also need to start dong my local trail twice in a row, its only 7.8 miles, but I am always dead tired after doing it once. I think I also do a little better after a couple miles, so next time I am going to ride 2 miles on the road before hitting the trail. I will have to see if that helps out my time.
thought i killed the trail today but when I got done i was slower than yesterday, WTH! yesterday was muddy and very wet and today the conditons were almost perfect. this trail has some very sandy spots so its nice when its a little wet, like it was today. This was my thrid day riding in a row and I think that might have something to do with the
that i was a little slower. I usually go every other day or with 2 days inbetween riding.
