Have you investigated what plastic welding would cost if the roto mold setup is 20k? YOu could purchase a plastic welding kit for $200-$500 bucks and spin them all out yourself or pay a shop to do it with pre-purchased and cut material.

I actually purchased a welder And the required plastic. It's just thrust came out with a tank before I gave my idea a try. I now have a garage. So depending on how bored I get this summer. May try something.

I see, probably a good move. There is no doubt in my mind though that the design can be improved upon. B-Pipe owners would love a dual compatible tank with PFP and B-Pipe, TL owners would probably love a more easily accessible battery location directly in front of the motor. I might take a crack at it myself here soon!
