Ahh yes! I gasket port matched mine when I got it to fix that. If you have any cylinder other than 61x you'll need to port the manifold anyways.
Yep, filling the step is the most important thing you can do with this pipe. I'm looking into using a viton gasket material for a longer lasting solution than the RTV.

Good to know! Exactly what I am going to do now that I know I wont cut into the water jacket. :) And keep us posted on the viton gasket testing you do.

If you can find a high temp hose that'll fit perfectly but I've done bit of research and couldn't come up with anything yet. After measuring, the viton gasket material seems like the best bet.
Piece of OEM hood breather hose works for my older PFP chamber. It's thin rubber with no fiber reinforcement. Slightly smaller diameter but was able to heat and stretch it over. I still run a bead of rtv at the base in front of oring. I did the same thing on my Riva freeride dry pipe which is basically the same manifold but backwards. Haven't had any issues with either since.

So I bought a powerfactor without the triple oring coupler. Took some of my exhaust hose, it slide over snug by hand, no heat, and fits perfect, without trimming the OD. No play. Better than the extra orings if you ask me! Talk about easy alignment! 20190702_131636.jpg20190702_131752.jpg

Should hold up well and looks to be a good idea. You should post the I.D. and O.D. of the hose you used because it will prove to be helpful for some and someone is gonna ask.

Very slick

Are you going to run wet? If so I'm interested in how you route water lines and such, with all of the discussion on this nobody ever actually showed what they do.

the old one I have doesn't have enough slop to just slide on a thick hose and have it fit together.
you have to remove half the thickness of the hose, down to the reinforcement , to get it to slide in.
I use the rubber hose, not silicone
