Power factor wet or dry pipe Vs RRP carbon wetpipe

1/8 NPT. Probably 1/4" thick.

It would be easy enough to grind down an area on the thick shoulder area that the coupler butts up to and then you could drill and tap it anywhere on that circumference. I have a type 8 manifold that already has a tapped fitting in that location.

Wtf is npt
npt...not pinning throttle? lol youse funny.. Told you I had the npt tap and right size jet and the best location point, just gotta get the spray bar from alex, lets do it for tomorrows river ride.
Its better at the very end of the head pipe, this is the point your trying to push back from, the mani is jacketed and plenty cool, just in back where it gets fat, more metal to hold the bar and sink it deeper as well.
Chad why did you decide to mount yours in the thin area? you need just the edge inside to spray across the full I/d ? It would be nice to have the same spray bar Hiro uses for the rrp pipe, since the PFP will be used very sim injected. This would take alot of figuring out of the setup.both pipes are so sim,the sonic return is gonna be pretty close for both, and the rrp pipe is dialed for bottom end power and response on most all motors with varying port timing and compression setups.

I think more of an optical illusion. 9-deg 1st diff, 15-deg 2nd diff, 70% diff/dwell position, 20-deg baf, 7000rpm hp peak
Works very well, I need bigger pump as my DASA1200 on pumpgas at 5000ft spins my 14/21 146mm SB Skat.
A pic of the pieces tacked together, will need less cuts/bends on final version.

I see it was a strange angle pic in your first post, nice work man.this looks like the type of pipe that would get the motor reving very fast, especially injected, what is the highest rpm you have seen with it? what injection tip and jet are you using?

It sound like a gunshot/explosion when I pull the trigger, now that I have teaked the carbs. Video sound quality doesn't do it justice, the rattle on return to idle is from a loose pipe coupler, it has been replaced now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=a2m_xJg1Xi0
The pipe was built to sit a SXR tank but don't need so much fuel and is a big weight saving(20lbs between fuel and tank) with going to a kart tank
3/8 Spray nozzle, I think it is a Solas from Hot Products. The jet is a 95 at the moment, still have to finish testing to finalise size.
Haven't run a tacho

Anything to say I shouldn't mount it where that flange is, but towards the inside of the bend, so that the barb would be pointing at the engine? Seems there is more metal to work with there and the hull clearance problem is no longer an issue.

looks just like post 33,id like to see depth on the RRP tip
Will be interesting to see how much better the motor scavenges on this pipe at low rpm, when most the charge was blowing out the exhaust

Im running 2 meah filters and a paper filter, you wave junkies like to ride in the shallow water filled with sand and youll clog those jets straight away.
