When you do this you use only the waterjacket and mill the inside diameter at manifold to insidediameter from waterjacket??? This pipe works an smaller non pv engines to????

The only thing he did was cut the water jacket off and turn this into a wet pipe. I'm not sure of his plans with the water jacket portion of the pipe
 
Oh, he cut off the waterjacket and use the inner chamber wet. But in an other post somebody used the waterjacket as chamber i remenber right?????

I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with the skin. If I ever wanted to turn it back into a wet pipe, I could just weld it back up. I kinda like the idea of welding some ends on it and having two pipes. Plus, obviously the skin is a bigger chamber so maybe I could compare the two.

From I hear, the outer skin works better with big bore motors. Don't know if it's true, but that's what I heard
