Thanks man. The brand is SRAM. They're for bicycles. Theyre carbon kevlar. They have a spring built into them, so even without a cable they stay in place, retracted completely. The throttle lever is the match to it also.

got a few questions from some people about the size/dimensions of everything
I'm 5'11, 185lbs with about a 6.5ft "wing span" lol
the hull is 82inches from the nose to the back of the tray, the bottom deck is about 4.5-5in shorter. give or take an inch or 2
the pole is -2 to -5. in the picture its at -4 with the bars angled back a considerable amount.

Gen 2 BOB's look really sweet IMO...I don't know all the background on hull design between them and the Gen 3...but def look better then the Gen 1's.

Ski is looking nice though...keep up the good work sir!

you will never be in that position right there, since the boat doesnt ride like that, EVER! that pole pad will be right up against your man boobs most of the time. JK but not really
Yeah, I know my position will change, Ill be taking all my tools with me on the first ride to adjust everything.i was just kinda giving size perspective on everything. Thanks for noticing my man boobs though buzzard. Lol I'm self concious about them, and now I'm gonna go hurt myself......

We'll see, hopefully this weekend. My business for my side job is picking up since its getting warm. Luckily all I really have to do is install the motor and shim it. Look over everything a few times. I really doubt ill go back to straight bars. I liked my risers too much. But, ill make decisions after its ridden. Thanks for the input guys. Much appreciated.

...... You know, I probably don't want to know what's going on in your head. I'm sure somebody looking at this thread has the skills to do what you need though.

You think so man? I always hear the more angle the less height. I dont want to go grabbing a handful of trim and either over rotate (I know I have a 718) or not get the height I need. I can always take more off.

You can easily adjust the throw later with your cable length. Grind it to the max now before you paint it. Grind the ring though. Leave thenozzle alone if you can.

Ill trim some more off tonight. Speaking of paint, do you know how hard it is to find a good pink spray paint?....... Insert your awkward WTF face here. Lol.
