I agree and so do and have I. Just saying it's not my place to judge. I got my toys growing up the way I should have. By working for them and learning how to maintain and fix about anything to be able to afford any hobby I've had to date. The world is full of all kinds.

In our area, the new ski riders range from 20 to 30. We still see a lot of 550's and 440's, but really seeing more kawi 650's, a few 750's and more and more SN and RN.

And our area may be a bit different, due to its location and what other sports are big here. And we have a LOT of (burned out word) extreme sports and athletes here. And the sports all change with the seasons. So most of the kids around here are into snow boarding / snow skiing in the winter and going kind of big. Then summer gets here and it's motorcycles, racing, freestyle, wake boarding, jet skiing etc… Mountains and valleys, with rivers and lakes around offer up a lot of playgrounds. I really feel lucky to have been brought up in this community. And for the most part, the people are very cool here no matter where you go.

Jeeps and rzrs are big out here mx does well too lakes are full of wakeboard boats and couches but standups are almost nonexistent. Riding by yourself gets old too. I may be movin more from free ride and try to get some bouys and try to race for my first time this year.

wow 550s and 440s? really. They must be really recycling the old schoolers these days. havent seen any of those on the water other than one die hard in our group that just couldnt let go... Thats how they start though when they know very little, the the progression begins...blaster or 550....to sn...to rn...to a/m hull to big motor build......
