Thanks!

On Friday evening i brought my crankcases to be epoxy and ported to Art at Engine Tech as he's only 25mins from where i work. I am astounded by the amount of information i got and hands on i received. I was able to pick up some cylinders, crankcases, domes, pistons and at the same time Art explained to me his reasons behind his design. A design of which took 3 months of dyno, 400hrs of CNC programming and 22-24 hours to make one cylinder kit.

This is a hobby for him and doesnt make a lot of money off of his motors, enough to pay the bills. To be honest the information i received, i felt as though i should be paying a lot more!

As a person with machinist/machining experience, i understood a lot of the information and we actually got into some CNC chat. Even saw a 967 being machined in a HAAS CNC.

We bashed some people on here to!

All i can say is im really happy to support Art at Engine Tech. I came out with more then i expected and my head was spinning with information, it was so overwhelming i forgot to ask him my return jetting and some other small stuff.

I will pick up my ET1107 a couple weeks from now!

Was kind of upset with PHP, when Art at ET and i opened the box we noticed the bushing on the coupler side of the crank for the seals was bent and crooked, had a high side. Basically looked like it was malled on without any heat applied.

We both had to heat up the bushing and slide it off and put a new one on - luckily art had one at his shop. Was rather unimpressed, but we'll see how it goes from here on out.

Crank was .002" out of true so i cant complain there.

He's curious because usually you run the PTO side richer to compensate for the load on it, which is what you see in couches and not so much stand ups, especially in a freestyle one..Was that what art recommended?

Yes Art and also @x2stroker i will go with it. (Thanks Denes)

I believe with a full spec setup jetting is as follows... Not far off. (I have a 48 Powerbomb setup)
125 low 135 high MAGNETO END (flywheel)
130 low 140 high PTO END (coupler)

I believe @hink320 runs Full Specs maybe he'll chime in. We have been chatting about pump setups too.
