That pole bump idea is killer. I usually glue it down and feed the straps through or over. But having them turfed in like that is cool.

careful with that cast pole. I snapped the top half(steering mount area) off one 2 weeks ago.

Cut the bondrails in the back and the front/rear corners to help "release" while riding.

Also turfed the rails and chinpad to match. I didn't want to spend the extra money on another roll of turf but I think it looks much better.

i learned a while back to put the shock pad on the pole, not the hood. Gets rid of any strap issues.

Ski turned out great! I need to do this with my spare hull

I did that on my Superfreak. I prefer this method. Looks much cleaner and is replaceable if you wanted to try different heights colors, etc.

Hoping for better surf soon but here's a quick vid of a small ankle slapper day in 1' of water depth. Hard to get anything done on the face of the wave before needing to hop to the backside to avoid beaching. Still fun though

Well after deciding to widen my tray last weekend I had an incident with a sawzall and cut into my finger and through the bone.

I think that is the gnarilest pic I have seen on this forum.

Haha thanks. Funny thing is it happened on a Sunday and I didn't want to pay for ER visit so I waited until Monday to be seen. They said I waited too long for getting stitches due to risk of infection so I basically just had to wrap it and let it heal the old fashion way.
