Just got it back yesterday from being wrapped, being turfed now, then the ski clinic is glassing inserts for the front motor mounts as it's setup for an 800.

Mine does not have any foam in it.l'll probably do it this winter.

Yeah, I didn't think it had any. I'm not worried about it as I ride in a slow moving fairly shallow river. Gonna start a build thread soon. It's being turfed now, then the ski clinic is going to glass in the inserts for the front motor mounts as it's setup for a gp800 motor. I'll get a turfed weight on their digital scale next week with hood. It feels half the weight of my rev.

Plus I like how the motor mount setup isn't a hollow insert in the ski, that's one reason I got away from the rev. I was afraid that insert was gonna crash through my hood with motor on a failed attempt. Post more pics tonight, headed to the bar.

l just wonder if it's worth filling foam under the tray and up to the top of the rails? Would it still sink?

Idk, the superfreaks don't have any foam in them an you don't hear of them sinking.

is is just adhesive?

i want to replace the tray with something else and before i reef on it i just wana be sure

The battery box is laminated to the hull with fiberglass(welded). No adhesive.
