Well I took a break and went out to the lake to meet and hangout with family. I wasn't gonna rush the final parts of the build. Went from 11 am to 7 pm working on my ski. All of the finishing touches endup adding up!
If I put some gas in it I could get it fired up!
Things I still gotta do:
Install hood side hooks, hood side latch, ratchet strap, fire extinguisher straps, hood seal, glue down bilge pump bases and route wiring, hoses, and switches, screw on ebox cover and install into ski, install cable grommet and route all cables through the rubber neck, and then it's ready to go! Tomorrow after work I'll be doing all that and maybe some of it Tuesday morning.
I still have to turf the nose, paint nose piece, trim gunwale turf with an exacto knife, etc., but that's not top priority.
Tuesday(my day off) , it's time to ride and get everything working perfectly then :)

Time to call it a night... Worked on it right after work(7 pm) to a little after midnight. Steering cable meticulously adjusted with quick steer mod to make sure I don't bust a cable, throttle free play and butterfly movement adjusted, all hardware installed on hood, eBox assembled, all cables near Waterbox or near places that could rub, I placed them in plastic wire loom. Did lots of other little things too.. Got about 2 hours left before I ride. Gotta wire bilge pumps and glue down with 5 min epoxy until that breaks later down the road... Then I'll 5200 them. I just need to ride quick so I'm doing that. Then install hood seal, ratchet strap, bilge pump outlets, and I believe that's about it.. Should be out riding by 1-2pm and be riding till about 8-9 pm!! Going to bring a hell of a lot of tools to make adjustments while I'm at the lake. I'm so excited :)

Well I'd say well over a quart of resin went to waste.. Probably about 2 quarts when you factor in the excess resin I've had to squeegee out and what I've ended up having left in my cup. I ended up using like 10 Oz of resin on a piece of 1208 in the beginning of the winter and ended up not using it, ended up wetting out a piece of 1208 that I didn't realize was cut with mat side out and that used like 12 oz of biax, made a panel of 10 Oz e glass that I thought was gonna work for covering up tray holes but it wasn't strong enough, and that was quite a bit of resin too. All of that was at least a quart right there..
When I'm wetting out glass, especially biax, I use more resin than I actually need so I get it fully wet out(especially the edges of biax) and then I squeegee out all of the excess. That wastes a ton of resin, but it assures that everything is wet out.
Plus, I'm mixing resin up following oz containers so I tended to mix up more than i needed many times... Not the most efficient way of using resin but next time I'll do it by weight. Alooooot of resin got wasted.
All in all, I'd say I probs used a little over a gallon of resin.

That's not bad at all. Even assuming 100% of the resin was used in the hull that's about ten pounds of resin plus ten pounds of glass. I'm sure you've eliminated at least that much weight in old foam and smc and now have a much stronger hull overall.

Wooohoooooo! Pump bases glue in. Just need to finish wiring. Got some bullet connectors and grommets from Ocd and they make it super easy.. Then just gotta install ratchet strap and then head ouuuuut! I don't think I'm gonna turf my chinpad today. Just run it bare.

Ask @KTM434 about not turfing chinpads......

Out of everything you did, I can't find a single thing more important than tubbies. I mean that in the most serious of ways.
