What is so special about the bottom? I still don't know why everyone wants to see it.

I tried to use a scalpel where I could and remove as much weight as possible.

Minimum thickness anywhere in the case is around 6.5 MM(.25 in)

Crank area still has plenty of room to grow also.

Brian

Socket head cap screws, strengthening ribs, no disaster plate, DEEEEEEEP clearance for the crank, mmmmmmmm gooood!

Enough room to make a little case cooler as well i like it
ON the crank where the bearing creather comes up why do you out the little oil catcher line in there
i alwyas have to fill them up with jb weld
the oil comes up the hole

you have done a great job well done

Wax,

The oil catch line is exactly for that, to help feed the oil to the bearings. Why would you want to epoxy that up?

If you need some test riders let me know. I would love to put that bad boy in a race ski even though I know it was designed more fore free ride stuff.

That is absolute motor porn!

also what bore size is it set up to go to?

It is set up for stock bore and stroke on up to 16mm(and beyond) and DASA's big bore cylinders.

It can be configured to handle either DASA's small bore around 86MM(7 port) and big bore(5 port) cylinder at 90MM+

Hoping to have a running engine this week. I can't wait to throttle this bad boy.

Trying to get a big dog boat to run it in!! I imagine she will need a big pump just to keep it from revving to the moon.

the lines job isto catch the oil coming down the transfers ports when the engine is sitting
when you have crankcase compression the oil goes through the bearings and out that hole
thats why i jbweld up the line to give a smoother flow on the transfer port
