Thanks to sj762 for helping me today...rather me helping him. Got the tray pad, rail pad and turf pieces cut today. Also got the foothold pads cut and fitted so far.

Yeah Don it takes hours to measure and figure stuff out, especially on only one sheet of turf.

In all fairness anyone could have drilled the holes on wrong side of dash when these freaks first came out because the electrical box has to be moved to the right for clearance issues with the head pipe, this was not commonly known.

One gunwale glued how's it look ? Zeski recommended this color turf btw....

sj762 and myself worked on this two days. Turfing the gunwales is definately the toughest part to figure out. Doing the Lucas style foothold design however, I am short one piece of turf 1 foot by 2 feet to wrap the holds. Zeski I'll be you calling tomorrow.

Picked up a one season used JM built setback 144 skat which has been installed.

Thanks, with hindsight I would have bought two sheets of turf for the straight pattern. I ended up having to buy two sheets anyways for FH and rails.

This new build will also include a new XS900R with an ADR 10mm crank. They still run pretty good with a bpipe and enhancer as evidenced by test runs on sj762 new build. Surf, boat chasing and FW multi- purpose freak.
