Freestyle Single to dual cooling.... HELP!

I have a SN, i am pulling out the stock 650, and dropping in a 701, also i will be putting in my solas mag pump this winter too. the motor has a girdled head with dual cooling. I have an aftermarket bilge pump, so i know i can run my second cooling line up through there. But how the heck is the heads/exhaust/pisser's/supplies supposed to be hooked up??? and recomendations on hose size or pisser size??? Clear hose as opposed to black???

he just emailed me back. it is a west coast exhaust from a wet jet that had the stinger cut and rewelded for a Superjet application... Which i couldn't tell you if that is a good thing or bad thing, but i dont think that bigredz would screw me over...

i already have the soals mag pum.... and the head is already set up for dual cooling... the only thing this is not tapped is a second nipple on the exhaust mani. That is not that hard to drill and tap either... but lets say that i do only run single cooling, what about the second line from the pump? just leave it? and what to do with the head that is set up for dual too???

I think you should have put that mag pump money towards a b pipe and run a oem pump.

anyways... kinda lost focus on here... here is the deal. dual cooling lines coming from the pump. single inlet on the manifold. I do not want to drill and tap another inlet (really really dont want to unless i have to) have an ada girdled head (dual outlet) with pipe as stated above... suggestions on how to run plumbing?

you need to add a Y fitting between the manifold and stinger to dump water overboard.

mine was setup that way and worked fine.

you could also use a T to connect the lines on the head into one outlet so you only have 2 pissers
