Well, the FX1 build never happened due to me not really wanting to do all that silly pump crap. So, after riding The Circus Freak a few times in the surf I have truly fallen in love w/ this beast of a ski. I have never ridden anything quite like this thing. It's tiny yet handles incredible. Turns like mad and it quite stable (for size) and looks super sexy too...
The geometry of this ski is spot on and there really is nothing more to it than Tem really hit it out of the ballpark w/ this design. I think w/ a few months riding this ski I will be doing things (surf riding wise) that I never thought was possible w/ a SJ or any aftermarket hull. Not sure what I can tell anyone about the specifics, cause he is just now starting to produce surf Circus skis.
The flatwater Circus is all the carbon/kevlar high grade stuff w/ 155mm pump and all, but the surf skis will be different. I will let Tem talk about that when he feels the need. Not trying to be all hush hush to be rude or anything, just would like him to explain if he wants about the technical side of things since I am not an expert, nor due I have all the info either.
