Your registration number is perfect. Ending in "HA" couldn't be more fitting.

"My quick chicken just walked away from your slow boat. Ha!"

Love how this thing turned out all-around. Outstanding work!

@smoofers did you end up buying a JetDynamics Intake Grate?

No, not yet. I'm running an aftermarket aluminum one, but it basically the same geometry as stock. Once the motor is broken in and properly tuned I'll start playing with grates and props to see how much speed i can squeeze out. As it is right now, the small pin 750 is VERY torquey on the low end. I never got past half throttle but with myself and my wife riding it didn't seem like it was going to go much faster.... That could change though

Ive heard the JetDynamics grate really helps keep the ski glued in corners, so itll handle much better instead of drifting around everything. You can buy them new straight from JetDynamics in case you didnt know that already.

This is news to me!!! I need one for ours. We rode two tanks full yesterday and it needs a grate.

I was kind of thinking of a SC....but damn that's a lot of work for me just to licorice around on the water lol. I need 1 already running and ready. How hard is that to find and what should I expect to pay? Can you use a Yamaha based motor and pipe ?

Very nice job!!! Wish I had that kind of patience to complete a project.

They aren't terribly expensive. They can be hard to find, but they are totally worth it. My princess cruiser is the only jetski I have had that is NOT for sale,

We paid $500 for ours with a fresh top end. I've got about 500 more in it to make it right. It's not as nice as this one but every bit of fun.

What did you do to reinforce this and do you plan on pulling anything? I am looking to pull a tube and what to know what people are doing so it will be strong enough for that.

That was about 4 layers of 8oz glass if I recall correctly. I don't really plan on pulling anything but had read about people ripping out their tow hook. With reinforcement I'm not really that worried.

Yeah I also had read about the hook getting ripped out. The curve and along the top and cutting out the bulge where the pocket for the hook goes in towards the engine compartment seems like it will be alot of work to match the angles. I just don't want to damage my glass. Thanks for the info.

Im trying to remove both of my side mats what is the trick to remove them? I looked in my service manual and it says to use epoxy if installing a new one. Hope it isn't epoxy. I don't want to damage the gelcoat around them
