When you installed the new plug wires in the coil, what was the process for that?
Thanks,
Sean
The plug wires fit snugly into a bore in the coil, which has a spike at the base of the bore that stabs the copper core of the plug wire. The plug wires are epoxied into that bore. To replace, you just need to work the plug wire around to break or loosen the epoxy until you can get the old wire out. Once you've got the old wires out, test fit your new wires into the coil and then set them in place with epoxy.
So far it has held up really well. However that’s not saying much since the ski is stored inside and covered. How has the appliance epoxy held up on the items you painted.

Did you use a Timing Advance plate at all? If so, how much timing did you add?Was talking about the chicken today and realized I never updated after adding the enhancer and head. I clocked it at 48mph. Pretty sure I can get 50 with a bit more tinkering, just haven’t had the time.

Looks like verything is there except for the cap that has the start/stop leads and connectors.Since you have been through this already and I have been screwed on the "running" motor I picked up of the FB superchicken page. What am I missing in this ebox to make it run once the motor comes back from JM?
Inline fuse is missing as well. I found a wiring diagram online. Hopefully everything works! I know nothing on the kawi ebox.Looks like verything is there except for the cap that has the start/stop leads and connectors.
