Super Jet SN build, Rocker, Chopped rear, this website made me do it!

IMG_1101.JPG Little bit more hood work tonight on the outside of the hood. Now that I'm this far on the hood I know how I would do it differently lol. O well I'm doing it the slow painful way on this hood. I would make one layer of glass on a flat surface and then cut it to shape of the holes I needed to fill and it would have saved a lot of time and supplies and maybe a little weight too.

Here is a few photos with the pole set on, still need ovp style steering to move the bars ahead. The ski will have adjustable holds but need to figure out if I should shorten the pole or not and approximately where the holds will go in the footwell.

With OVP steering this length looks decent. I would say install your OVP setup and mock up give or take a few inches from here. A shorter pole will help you control the front of the ski easier and give you some support to lean on. Also get a tall pole pad!

I wouldn't cut the pole until you rode it. start with the steering, that'll be 2 or 3". X metal adjustable would be awesome but I really love my standard RRP system. sooo smooth

I'm thinking ovp style so it will probably move my bars ahead about 4-5". I will probably try it like that if I run this pole. This build might last another year cause I might start building a garage and the ski will slightly get out off f that happens. If it does get put off I might just build a pole.

Yes I plan to run at least a 4" or taller pole pad.

IMG_1170.JPG IMG_1169.JPG Got a pipe today! Pro tec Mach 1. Not the best pipe out there but I'm not dropping $1300 for a b pipe right now so this will do for the first year I'm thinking. At least now I won't have to chop up and heavily modify a 550 pipe now.
