ive seen a bit of that too.

they all HATE jetskis! ( and most other power boats)

I was on a sailboat onetime, and we were arguing about jetskis, the guys couldnt beleive I had some of them, they were alll ragging me about it.

I said, nah guys, almost anyone on a standup ski is cool!

about that time a couple of SXRs flew by, I flagged them down ( didnt know them)

they let me ride the SXR, and they sat on the boat and drank some beers.

my only issue with sail boaters is their attitude.

Just plain me....
thats another good thing about sailing....you can get drunk as hell and the cops are not going to pull you over...:cool2:

You never hear people say " im too drunk to sail"
The one & only time I have ever sailed, I woke up drinking & drank til I went to bed. There was no better feeling than sailing along with a cold drink in hand. 4 days of paradise.

It may be environmentally friendly but it's not a difficult choice.

1) Dress up like a tit and piss everyone off, wear yourself out and get from A to B slowly

or

2) Buy a big powerful boat and get from A to B quickly, in comfort and in style

Whats wrong with you people. All the thugs I know drink while riding. :Banane01:why do you have to be sailing to drink. that's just ghey.
Do you think the magic dyno will work on sail boats? :popworm:

snailboats are BORING!
my 650 SN barely uses a gallon per hour.
That is a lot of fun for $4!

My MasterCraft with it's 351 with a huge Holley 4-bbl sits in the garage!:sadwavey:

He is not real excited about it but then again he is 14 and knows everything. I think he will have a great time.

I am simply amazed that one man can cause a 236 post thread. Come to think of it-I can only think of 2 members that cause us all to reply this many times to one thread. Free press is just that-FREE PRESS. I am sure that one of the 2 members I speak of is dam glad this thread went like wild fire. LOL
