Took her out for her maiden voyaye yesterday, water was a little choppy and im rusty so not a true idea on the ski.

the hull handles very similar to the REV oddly, alot more tippy than a superjet, i have the wcf d-cut ride plate but was struggling to get teh ski to break away into a slide, kept feeling like the brakes had been put on, but that could just be cos im out of practice and my balance is off

the motor hits HARD, lots of power

not so impressed with eth 144 pump with the TBM ... to be honest think it was a waste of $$, after landing jumps didnt feel like it loaded up too well.. i think i may need a mag after all

hopefully if the weather holds off tomorrow i may get out tomorrow for another rip

the o8 style hull does handle much differently if your not used to it. It will take you a little while riding till you do ,then you wil really like it.Also, don't expect it to slide like a pre 08 cause it won't...it has more of a tendency to grip and rail.

I would recommend the 12 vein 148 mag pump for this set up. I'm running it in my 1000cc WCF 08 hull and it is absolutly awesome .

show me the pic of your ride plate installed on the ski,
mine ride plate was flush with the rail of the ski and I had a BIG *D* cut on it, and was alot lose.

its a wcf carbon fibre d-cut plate .. its pretty flush.. maybe sticks back from th hull half inch at the most

i think its more about me not riding since october and balance/confidence
