sweet a quality paint job is what i need

... meh .. dont want that pole.. his poles break to easy

im thinking of upgrading the carbs on the motor while im at it, from the modified ts 46s, to 48 annular discharge

I'd run that by chuckie and ask his opinions on those carbs with your SS pacakge.....No double they could be made to work, but XS has worked extensivly hand in hand with full spectrum to design the best carburation package for those particular engines...

i pmed chuck, he pretty much said it would be very similar to running the full spectrums which is the set up of choice

with team scream they recommend an ss motor using msd enhancer, tbm pump cone and modded 46s basically so that the initial $$ isnt as crazy as hitting up a mag and full specturums etc of the bat

i will ask Chris at ATP to set them up to my motor spec as he does with every set of carbs

i also just decided i should get cracking on the build ....

.. as usual jeff sometime does some stuff that makes no sense... every insert for the strap brackets and motor mounts is just too shallow to take the stock bolts they all bottom out... fun huh.. so now i will need to run out and grab some slightly shorter bolts....

i got the hooks mounted for my ebox, its always painful drilling that first hole in a new hull, but in doing so i also saw that there are a few imperfections in the mould design in that it is not exactly symetrical... just off slightly.. not a biggy

i also found out how thin the hull is.... man its thin.. its like an FX1 i can see light through it and with that silly paint in the engine bay unless i want to strip it i cant re-enforce

ok ok... motor mounts are in.. all the strap hooks are in..... im just about to drill the holes for the primer and bilge switch

problem is all the ATP stuff that i bought for the ski keeps gettng sold ... lol
