Got the pole bracket on and the hood hooks. Still need to drill out the pole for CF steering and figure out how Im going to install a blowsion spring. Anyone have any ideas for the spring?

Got the pole spring installed. I flattened out the long leg of the spring and then drilled a hole in the bracket and the nose of the pole. I still need to put a small relief where the long leg extends into the bracket since its keeping the pole from hitting the stops but I plan on running a limiting rope anyways. Also got the drain plugs in.

You could have used a 650sx pole spring too, works very well and install is easier. Its smaller in diameter so the breather hoses kind of fit.

Thanks everyone! Been tied up these past few days but tonight I added the relief for the spring so the pole makes it all the way to the stops and then I put in some different breather tubes. Sunday I might try to mock everything up one more time so I can epoxy in the last mounts.

Locations for the rest of the mounts have been identified and mockup is complete. Once the mounts are done I'm going to flip it and work on the pump install with the CF alignment tool.

Been slacking but got back at it and got a new oem hood seal installed (watcon seal was too tall) as well as the mounts that Ive been putting off and the ebox (still need to get the housing powder coated).
