Progress, sort of. We can park both cars in the garage again! What that means is there isn't an exploded jetski on the floor anymore.

I also had an awakening on the bulkhead. I laid up a really strong piece of fiberglass, around 6 layers of 17oz biax, and was going to use it for the part of the bulkhead that the bearing housing goes on, but I decided to just chop the oem bulklhead down to what I want. Yes, I could have saved another 1/2lb using mine, but not worth the effort on doing inserts/etc.

I'm not done with that yet. I'm not sure how many I'll use either, it just depends how solid it feels. That area takes a ton of pressure on tail first landings, so it's got to be strong.

Oh, forgot to mention I finally got to stand in the tray with the Pancakepete FFH and I freaking love it. That thing is perfect, feels very natural.

Thank you Darin !

I agree with you building up the back that you chopped per tail landings.

After a 2.5 month break to remodel the kids' bathroom, time to get rolling on this again I guess. I thought the x-h2o trolls would come over and magically put it together overnight?

Progress, after 3 months finally.

I chopped up the squarenose bulkhead to the size I want it to be, cut nose off so the top deck will fit, and cut the side exhaust hole and rough cut the tube.

That's going to have some serious scupper draining capability!

I think that's going to have a REALLY clean look once you get the top deck foamed and sealed. Plus it's going to be WAY easier than cutting up strips of polystyrene and wedging them in the back of the hull (of which I am VERY sick of now).
