hey Darin, what about using a 93 intermediate housing???

The bulkhead (what's left of it) is glued in and the gunwales are foamed and sanded smooth ready for glass once the foam completely cures (it's hard, just want to make sure all fumes are out).

Next up is to glass the gunwales closed then put the exhaust outlet on then bond the top deck to the hull.

How long have you had the red exhaust manifold?
I believe you win the award for the absolute LARGEST scupper tunnels.

exhaust is glassed in and the rear sides of the hull are reinforced with 17oz biax. Just a couple more small things and I can bond the deck to the hull.

I also picked up 12 2" c-clamps from Harbor Freight today, $12.59 total including tax, gotta love a sale!

from what I see in the pics-slap some turf and a hood seal on there, super glue the deck to the hull and lets ride it!!! LOL

U r getting close now, keep up the good work!
