I'm pretty much ready to bond the deck to the hull. Today I got the XR aluminum pump shoe glued in, driveshaft tube glued in, sealed up the grate/rideplate inserts, cleaned up the top deck bondline area, worked on the shortened end caps to get them finished up, installed the waterline stubouts, final trimmed the hood seal area, lots of fun and itches.

Riverrat might help me glue the hull tomorrow if I can get it ready, we'll see.

85.2lbs with footholds/etc, but still need to build the bottom nose lip and reinforce the sides. I'm thinking 90lbs, right about where freestylegeek was with his at 88lbs with a lighter XFT top deck.

btw, that 85.2 is with an aluminum pump shoe too.

btw, Hunter/I got excellent bonding on both the horizontal and vertical parts of the bond line. We put the thickened resin in the corner of the bond line of the top deck, then flipped it over and put it on the hull. Some resin flowed out the inside, some went out the outside, really worked well.
