What’s your point Punk? I’ve been monitoring these types of storms for a living for over a decade (in ways you couldn't even imagine)...you going to teach me something? Hopefully you realize the fact that Ana was “killed” makes for good surf conditions in this particular instance. The fact that the cyclone dissipated is wonderful for surf (not the opposite). The wave that the low was associated with is still there of course (didn’t go anywhere, lol, it’s on its way). And it wasn’t Bill that killed Ana, so know what you are talking about before you tap on your keyboard next time (could save a young life on this site, or many). :smashfreakB:

Torr, I found a flight for around $270.00 (that includes one bag and tax) round trip via Expedia (didn’t look any further)…keep trying!

(wise choice this time down there Mr. Never mind)

OK, pretty simple here (I am no meteorologist, surf god, etc ), Ana fizzled and will be nothing but rain for SFL starting today.

BILL will be offering up some kick ass surf conditions for the whole East Coast starting Saturday...


I am here only to save young lives.... :baby:

Don’t worry yourself with names and terms and vast reasons for elevated seas Punk…just get out there, if you choose, and have fun while being safe…we finally have surf on the East Coast and it’s going to be epic in many places!!!!

The Q was practically a storm chaser for a tree business that did hurricane disaster cleanup.pretty sure she knows a little bout these storms,before and after.

I couldnt find anything direct from here for less than 700,the cheap stuff was around 400 and was point to point with long layovers in out of the way places,and doing red eyes not arriving till the next day.Im not that into it to deal with that. Im sure its much more easy to get a direct flight from orlando

"practically" is a bit of an understatement LOL (plus I did just a wee bit lil more than that which we have never discussed...that's simply how I hooked into it for someone when help was requested of me :sneaky:).

And quit being a princess bout it all...can't you drive and fly outta somewhere else...you don't wanna miss that anymore than I do...??? Get on it!!!

it just sounds impractical and painful at this point,plus mapquest is saying its another 2.5 hours drive from the airport. Im looking at 18 hours travel time with layovers. Think the next west coast trip I do will be for pismo or os

lol, you know that I, out of all people, prefer comfort when traveling, so I'm just having fun with you online :Banane26: (and I know you know that too :biggrin:). Just let me know when you plan to head to the other spots, because I'll be bummed if we don't get to hang together out there.
