Surf's up for the east coast

Denial is not a river in EGYPT lol

Just so you and your isolated igloo know, Michigan gets big surf, but it isn’t affected by this hurricane, for it isn’t on the East Coast (DJ knows BIG/dangerous surf...and when to respect it...lived it San Diego; he was making a funny joke :shhh:).

Now go find yourself a nice Eskimo girl and stop stalking me, for I'm not interested in you at all.

Bringing it forward for the people who matter:

FL East Coast/Saturday (except for Sebby’s Monster Hole…pro surfers "should" be in it):

Long period ESE swell from Bill moves in with solid clean-up sets at the standout breaks that can handle the size.

“Clean-up set - a set of waves much bigger than the going standard; a fairly regular occurrence when a swell is on the rise. A clean-up set should break far enough beyond the prevailing surf zone that it will “clean-up” the area of surfers by sweeping them toward the beach…”/inlet.

The inlet behind the riding zone will be elevated as well…the rips will extend into there.

How do you reach the keyboard with your arms in the straight jacket? Type with your tongue? Seriously, just quit. You can't dig your way out of a hole. You don't have to be a weather expert to track hurricanes for a tree company. All you need to do is get on the interweb and see that a cat 3 is probably going to make landfall about there on about that day and the storm surge may be about so high. You need to know nothing about swell size and period and all this other technical crap that you claim to be an expert on. It's painfully obvious that you once kept up with hurricanes for a tree company because most of the other workers were out working and the rest of the crap you post as personal knowledge is stuff that you have read about recently and regurgitated to make yourself look smarter.

EVERYONE with 2 brain cells left knows that when a hurricane or a tropical storm runs up the East Coast offshore that it will push in super clean and long period surf. It's been happening since before you were born and even before people inhabited the Earth. EVERYONE also knows that hurricane surf is dangerous and should be respected and ridden with other people for safety. You don't have to act like you are the X's personal Jim Cantore every time the wind blows anywhere in the US. I and many, many other people have ridden huge hurricane surf successfully before you ever joined the X. I'm not sure how that happened. I guess we got lucky. :squint::squint::27::thumbsdown:

Just plain me....
omfg......Garrett, you ARE my hero. That is the funniest, most truthful post I think I have ever read on the X. And then to see the added pictures was priceless.

Not every one finds suzisQuirt as adorable as she does herself.
