hmm and how are you going to know how much fuel is it it just shine a flash light in it? knock on it? or just run it till you hit reserve? haha. just interested cause i hate taking my stock tank in and out with that limited b-pipe chamber it's a pain in the A**!!!

Agreed. That was one thing i debated during my build was do i replace my fuel lines with clear ones so i can see fuel going through them. But i have had clear ones go bad so i stuck with the 20 year old stockers that are still like new!

Dude you ain't kiddin. Some reason I totally lost track of time. I guess I thought the summer would last forever lol. This is Texas, so it's not out of the realm of possibility. Hell, today it was 91*, and Saturday the high is 55*.

its all good, I have all sorts of suits etc. I'm sure ill be wearing them. Plus I can segway into my defoam and reinforcement phase. More eentertainment for everyone. Worked on the Tank and tray tonight. Hope to hit the lake Sunday, it will be a toasty 62* and windy. Yay...

i have some update pics, but its 1:30am, so... Yeah.

I gotta go to bed earlier.... I'm delirious. I was about to start retyping all the crap I typed at 1:30.

I don't think I've mentioned this, but I moved the Flow Control south of the bypass as ya'll suggested.
Making sure the engine is cooling is more important than worrying about how much water is in the waterbox.

I picked up some rivets for my battery box hooks this morning. I'm gonna use a rubber bungee to hold my battery until I get a shorty strap from Jet Maniac.

Tank looks solid! and yeah weather is changing quick it was 105 here on monday and now it is 70 haha but hoping for good weather for the PISMO JK freeride next weekend even though we are looking at rain now ><. let see some video !!!

You should powder coat the tank to match the engine block! More bling!

The gauge idea is sweet by the way.
