Looking good man,

One word of advice, if you cut your hull short in the rear by 7+ inches, you are going to want to move your footholds more toward the middle of the tray. I did the same amount of cut-off in the rear (8"), but put my footholds as far to the rear as possible. This makes it damn near impossible to get your feet into the holds because your stability just isn't there. Your feet are overhanging a cliff and there is no pushback so your hull wants to be squirrely as hell... Just personal experience.

Oh, and if you even plan on removing your footholds, don't use kevlar to install them.... Impossible to sand, impossible to cut, horrible to remove.

trust me i got a plan lol ski didnt have holds in the first place, tray is getting cut and totally re shaped, my friends did the same thing to a ski they have and it rides awsome! heres some vid of me messin around on it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2o7M2AAVP4&feature=g-upl

alright now i need some opinions... move it forward? back? angle donw more? level it? ik i got some weird angles goin on but i am reshaping it once i figure out how i want the pole mounted.
