I'm talking about how everyone is racing to get the shortest freak and I am going to win!
I had to slide the topdeck so far forward that the pole actually mounts to the motor. There is no midshaft and the gas tank and waterbox are located under the tray. I had to extend the exhaust over a foot out the back of the ski so the pump wouldn't cavitate. The pump looks like an outboard motor on this thing.

Did you get that 2 speed clutch system figured out to couple the drive shaft directly to the engine? Who needs power valves when you have a 2 speed!
And on the exhaust, even though this is prolly completly obvious and I'm sure you've thought of it, but you should put an upward 90* bend on the end so the exhaust thrust helps to start your flip rotations. I seen one of them monster turck racers talking about mounting his Zum ZUm headers upside down for extra downforce when he mashes the exhuast... that's where I got the idea.
