Big K I am all for secure borders, but a wall ? I think the Chinese tried that. Many security experts have proposed other options that would be more effective and a better use of the $. An expensive wall that has to be maintained ( think of it as a highway standing on edge, and know how well we maintain those) when funding for its basic construction is problematic, where 's the $ for keeping it up come from every year? BTW you may have hit he nail on the head , a 50 cal every 100 yds (little close for a 50, but we could adjust that) would probably be cheaper!

Tariffs, trade wars, protectionism = all bad for business. CEO's mapping out business plans don't want knee jerk dumbass policy that's sounds good at a campaign rally to a couple thousand Midwesterners.
