somebody should build a hull that is concave on the bottom, negative rocker. not sure how you would keep it from subbing 100% of the time, but it would help with the front flip.

No, you need HUGE rocker that wraps all the way from the intake grate inlet to front of the hood. Kinda like the Bun skis only bigger and more "barrel like". Build in some horizontal chines every few inches like a snowmobile track wrapped up around the nose. Get a good high speed run going, pull a few pre-hops to get some air, then go for a big sub and don't let go! Wha-Laa, flatwater FF.
