Once and for all....

I brought up Kennay because I felt bad about both situations and wanted to clear the air. Of course he used that to whine more, cause that is the person he is. I can't change that, but I did try to make it right in the beginning and they both handled the situation like punks IMO. Now I could care less about either one and would never give them a dime EVER.

and FYI - I have done tons of quick transactions and quality work and have gotten few positive feedbacks... It's my opinion that people only want to bitch and not compliment. With that said I am not looking for positive feedback on here either. It just shows the obvious. When people are happy they just go on there way, when they feel they are wronged they post on every forum they can find.

People don't seem to care about the 999 positive, no BS transactions.
They care about that one bad one. :(

People are much more likely to post/talk about bad experiences than good ones, unfortunately.

WF has charlie, Trinity has Bronson, WaterDawg has RiverRat, Pat has Stuntbike ....see the trend? :bump:

Yamaslut, you need to step up and get a groupie. your operation is mickey mouse until then.

exactly... coming from a man who owned his own service business.

YOU KNOW!!!!!!

Having the liability of running a legitimate business is a lot different than doing cash jobs on the side until something better comes along.

While running a business, you can never make all the Customers 100% happy, as things inevitably will go wrong. How you you deal with the Customer and make things right by both parties is how the Business will be judged and whether 10 or 100 people are told.

thats about it right there.

luckily for the people running the businesses, the "benefit of the doubt" **usually seems to fall on their side (minus waterdawg and a few others) ... however, once PM's and emails start getting posted, they tend to screw the business a lot more than the guy bitching..

just my .02

the negative feedback section is good. lets people read stuff and make up their own minds. ive heard and read tons of negative stuff about people i still felt like doing business with in the past.. you build your own experiences, and you live and you learn...

Having 1 section dedicated to complaining saves time when researching the seller to see if there are complaints.

Looking in 1 forum vs. looking in 20 forums.

people are still gonna bitch, but now it'll be all over the site instead of in one place.. someone posted that earlier, and i agree.

:):):):) happens.. at least it all gets filed in one drawer on here..

a rating system , as stated already, i think would be the best way too.

100 positives, 1 negative, i'd take my chance.

10 positives, 4 negatives, not so much.

Well said, Rick. I was going to post something up after Nick commented, but had to go run an errand. While he may agree with my earlier statement, unfortunately I don't agree with how he handled Kennay's situation as a whole, from what I read at least. I would have been out of business with a quickness had I not given the customer the impression that I would do whatever it took to try and make their problem right---even in some cases if it wasn't necessarily my fault.

BK, i wasnt necessarily defending 'nick', per se. i was critiquing the mods handled the situation online.

edwin, thanks for leaving me with the sloppy seconds.

nick, what exactly is my game plan? please clue me in because i didnt realize that i had one.
