I cant find the correct lord mounts for my pipe, where can I get them from??
1 1/2" wide X 1 1/2" long with stud on one end. I need (3). Largest I found in MMC is 1 1/4" X 1 1/4"

Yeah, it looks like they don't have that size. It might be worth a call to see if they can special order one. Factory pipe and Riva should also be able to get you some if that doesn't work out. Maybe not ideal, but I bet you'd be safe using the shorter one with a longer bolt and an extra 1/4" of those fiber washers stacked up.

**EDIT**- Correct Pipe sizes now. I think I'm going to use this for hooking up the stock bilge line, and the stock bilge pipe for running my dual cooling. Reason being is that you can't have a pipe with a 3/8" inner diameter and expected to get a tube with the same inner diameter over the pipe and having it stay on. The new pipes listed above are still bigger than 3/8," but not by much. Will keep you posted on how it comes out.

I have tried that pad and over time the cell structure breaks down and the holds a lot of water.

Sorry I don't. I have tried many different kinds and I have found that even the closed cell EPDM break down the cell structure over time and absorb water. I hate to say it but I have not found anything better than Hydro turf padding.

The last EPDM I pulled off my ski was saturated with water and weighted about 4 LBS.:Eyecrazy:

This product does however make for a very good hood seal.

I've never done this before, but I'd imagine something with an 11/32" ID would work. That is the drill bit size recommended for a 1/8" NPT tap which is the best thread size for 3/8" barbed fittings. I'd also imagine aluminum would be easier to work with (and cheaper) than stainless but, like I said, I've never tried this before. You may also be able to find a pipe with the 1/8" npt threads already on it (male or female) but it would need to be the correct length. Good luck and keep us posted.
