Well step one of the war of the fence is in progress. I have my surveyor and an arborist scheduled to come out and aseess property line and the tree itself. Rather than go over and lose my cool im making sure i have all the pieces in place before I make my play. Then it will be up to her to either but this pie piece of land from me and pay for the tree or just pay for the tree and move her fence.

So last week I posted an article on facebook about not feeding animals at state parks because they become dependent, in same article they are comparing it to Foodstamps and talking about 43million people will be on them. The Irony. Well, a close friend see's it and gets pissed off and tells me "Shove that up your ass"..... Well, last thing I ever want to do is upset a friend, I deleted my post and sent him a message......... No response. Well last night my wife tells me that when she was over at her best friends she tells J about Scott being pissed off. J tells here that when Scott and Cayce were in down (same weekend we were in Daytona) that Cayce starts talking about some post I had made on FB about Michelle Obama or something, and that she has determined that I am a Racist. Jennifer gets up, all upset and crying. (She is our best friend and been thru a lot, First husband got electrocuted in 2001. She met 2nd Husband a few years later with us at the beach, They get married, 3 kids and then he leaves her Christmas day 2014, Youngest is 5 months old, 9 months later she gets Breast Cancer, Kicked its ass..... Double mastectomy. We been thru a lot over the past 17 years), She goes back and says "Show Me"..... Cayce looks but cannot find anything, but is still adamant about it........ J is blown away about this, She has a former student of hers who she basically adopted into family that is expecting 2nd child now with a POS husband, But we love her. Everytime I see her I go give her a big hug. She is like an Aunt to J's Kids, been around since before we had kids, My Daughter turns 10 today. Did I mention she is Black.........

I do not have a Racist bone in my body. Wait, Yes I do, against idiots and stupid people if that counts, and people that are just purely pieces of Chit. This just blew me away. I was in the first school system here when the government made the system get away from neighborhood schools and every kid in 6-12 went to the same schools (not same building for each grade), (6th grade at one building, 7th grade was downtown, etc etc you get the point) I had classes with people from every walk of life. Remember me saying I sent Scott a message apologizing, He read the message Monday morning. No response......... I believe everybody makes mistakes and deserves 2nd chances. But I have a huge problem with someone who is so close minded that they do not respond when someone sends an apology for something that they really do not have any reason to apologize for, but we are friends and if what I posted upset him I am not above just deleting it and saying "Hey, if I upset you please forgive me"

Just venting...... Would like to make a Post on FB about this but very Vague, but that puts our friend Jennifer in the middle. Not wanting to cause trouble. But at this point, I am done wit them. They dont have the decency to pick up the phone and say "What the hell was that FB post about, {you know, the one they cannot find but say I am a racist because of} or send a text or message about................ Oh, Today is mine and my daughters birthday..... Yay, Happy Birthday to me.

I agree to a point........ I am still trying to figure out what it is I posted that turned me into a Racist........ I am fine with him getting butthurt on the Food Stamps thing. There are 2 kinds of people on food stamps. Those who truly need the help and those that are milking the system.
Welfare included.

It is simple. They did not have a good argument against what you posted. So they call you a racist... Now post the article here so we can read it. :)

Which one? The one where I am being labled Racist, They could not produce. I spent 30 minutes looking at every shared, liked, comment post for the past 4 months. Nothing.

I was supposed to have my final inspection on my house yesterday and the i spector drove by, never even stopped and called contractor and told him it wouldnt pass because of my gravel driveway. So now i have to pour a 5500 dollar driveway so i can get approved. They wont come back for reinspection until thesday which is the last day of my apt lease. So i have to move 3/4 of our stuff into the house,then go back Tuesday night after work pending we pass inspection and move beds and other stuff and best part is we cant even use the driveway to get to the house. Contractors wife sent us an email last night about how we cant move in until we settle up with them and have our certificate of occupancy etc. If they had worked a lil bit harder instead of leavin early everyday maybe we wouldnt be in this situation right now.

No completion date but before we put in our notice with the apartment we asked if they were sure it would be done by the end of the month and they said yes and to go ahead and put in our notice. Im moving in either way but it is really frustrating to come down to the wire like this. And i worked my ass off in this house doing everything i could possibly do myself to come in under budget and now all the surplus i had is being eaten up by a driveway i didnt want.
