haha I hear ya. However, 4 houses on my street just sold and all of them were under contract within a week of being on the market. I don't plan on ever selling anyway. When I move this house will become a rental.

you know many of the pictures posted were from a Hurricane several years ago. This flood is bad, but not nearly as bad as others there over the past 30 years.
Social Media makes this look much worse than it was.
