Might as well be skinny jeans. I hate all those fads. Normal/relaxed pants please. No nut-huggers and no sagging either. Just normal. U can keep slouch beanie whatever they're called too. Trendy, metro, pc, overly sensitive, pushy, Bernie Sanders wannabe types.

We have an case right now with one of our contracted snow removal vendors. He hit a company vehicle a few weeks ago and basically scratched the quarter panel and smashed a tail light.He came and told us about it and admitted to it, He said if it was less than his deductable he'd pay it out of pocket. A Body shop took an estimate. His insurance refuses to cover it he claims. Our company has withheld his total contracted payment for the month of snow removal ( which is pretty decent chunk of change over $2000.00 ). He calls and complains he wants to get paid. He states if he gets paid then he will pay up for the damage. Our company has settled to the point where they will waive the bodyshop, accept a $80.00 after market taillight and forgoe the scratches and paint damage. Trying to make an effort for him and allow him to get paid. He will not budge and get a tail light. yet complains he cant make his bills . I guess he and his 3 man crew doesn't need his payout that bad. Its not rocket science.. Own up,pay up and get paid. Its under a hundred bucks..I don't understand the reasoning or principle behind him.. borrow it and pay your guys and pay it back if you have to geez...

We had a pretty decent storm blow through last night. The front stretched from Mid Oklahoma to about an hour south of DFW.
Didn't get hit too bad, nickle size hail maybe, blew some branches down in the back yard. My wife was outta town and we're texting she's like "Bring on the big hail baby! Mama wants a new roof for the house!"

And i'm like..

And it was SO freaking loud. Because of the direction of the storm the hail was hitting my 5 y/o daughter's windows...

PayPal taking at least 3 business days to put my money into my account. Every time I run across something cool I need the cash that they've got tied up. Every time I go to transfer it, a deal comes up on the X and my PayPal funds are in limbo on the way to the bank.
