Basically. You should never be the reason a person hits their brakes. If you are. Your a bad driver. If it's someone riding your ass. Maintain the flow of traffic or pull over. It's the law. If someone is merging. It is their duty to speed up or slow down, so current traffic flow is not affected.

If your EVER the reason someone hits their brakes, and it's not a red light or stop sign. Your being a bad driver.

I had the same thing with my last parts order from JM. It basically circled the lower part of Florida, then eventually went 1100 miles to the border in Detroit, then 1300 miles west to Colorado, then back 1500 miles to Buffalo, where it came into Canada after a few days

Nope still no package, USPS closed the case , I contacted the seller, the seller refused to reship and instead opened a case from their end.

I sent them a message and told them to expect Negative feedback , how could I not at this point ?

Ordered September 21st October 10th still no package and tracking says in transit running late, hmmm late , you think ?

Today I opened a seller dispute with Ebay .

Lawn mower blades finally arrived just for curiosity's sake I looked up the seller feedback, 37 negatives in the last year, the problem with Ebay feedback is that mega sellers like these guys still have a 99.4% positive feedback with 37 negatives since it is a percentage it is very misleading.

I also noticed they used the new USPS ground advantage shipping which from what I have seen so far sucks a$$.

Really surprised they didn’t just send you another set of mower blades. I had a single blade not show up, I sent one email complaint. Blade showed up next week, then exactly one year later another blade shows up lol. Chalk this one up to bad luck. poop happens sometimes.

Kind of trivial. Last week I made the switch back to the Automations and Controls group at work which brings an abrupt end to a very relaxing and productive year "working" from home. No more sleeping in and easing into the day, doing what I want, when I want. With one nod of my head, I'm back on the road with a min 60hr work week with the possibility of my phone ringing at any hour and getting called to any one of our 12 mills in the South East. Plus a chance to get directed to any one of 20 or so mills in the North East. I hear Timmins, ON is nice this time of year....

I really shouldn't complain too much as this was actually perfect timing since I'm going a bit stir crazy with less and less to do at home as well. We knew this day was coming so we used my time at home to get a massive jump start on the new property and just wrapped up the last of the big projects. The house, shop and yard are all complete now other than small little things that will come in time and we have accomplished a ton of work over the last 12 months.

Thing is out of those 37 bad feedbacks most of them were the same as mine parts either took forever to get or didn't show up at all.

If you live in Canada and know of a criminal organization called the Circle K convenience store which is usually tied in with Shell Canada, then you might want to pay attention to your tranaction receipts and bank statements. I went in to get a little can of 91 fuel, just as I was going to fuel up the price on the sign dropped. I thought, sweet, I'll wait for the price on the pump to refresh. 5 minutes later nothing happens and by then there's about 5 of us standing around waiting now. The cashier said go ahead and fill up, I'll have the price corrected in here when you pay. We all go do our thing, I go in and pay, no change. Same price as the old one. I said this is the old price on the receipt, she says I'll refund you and we'll redo it at the new price. She charges me again while holding onto the refund receipt and thinking she's being honest I don't even register this mentally. I paid, get both receipts and the total dollar amount is still the same. I said this is still wrong, then she points out on the new receipt that I pumped out more fuel. Keep in mind this is one of these new immigrants that are the usual suspects and from my experience typically the guilty party as well to telemarketing scams among who knows what else. After she points out the difference in volume pumped out I said that's not right, the volume extracted doesn't change because the price did. She argued with me that it does, people are lining up at this point, I didn't want to be any longer so I left. A little later on I checked both receipts again and noticed that the refund didn't go through. They didn't finish the process on their end and the thing was either cancelled or timed out. Now I'm livid, I go back in to get the refund and this new person says it's not a refund receipt...it says -$27.72 not completed...I said yeah I know, because it didn't complete, it's a statement. Give me a refund for double charging me or I'll get the police involved for fraud and theft. Again I get the runaround, it has been processed but won't show up until tomorrow, it never did, third time I go back now the manager isn't available until tomorrow and she's the only one that can do it. Now I'm absolutely fuming because it's costing me more to keep going back and forth then it's worth. The war isn't over though. I have the federal competition bureau involved for price fixing and gouging, the federal measurements committee for addressing the discrepancy in fuel volumes and one other federal agency for fraudulent charges. I also let Shell Canada know they're gouging and committing fraud using Shell's to do it. Don't let these pieces of dog crap take advantage of you people.

I guess Circle K USA is different I have had zero issues here , I recently signed up with them and got 25 cents per gallon off of my first 5 fillups and now I get 3 cents per gallon off, I also got 5 free drinks. After you hit $500 spent you get 5 cent off per gallon.

Pretty much all of the Shell stations here are gone and most Circle K store here are either tied in with Chevron or Texaco , They take Chevron or Texaco cards right at the pump.
